The El Paso Project is a company that was created to participate in the re-development of Downtown
El Paso. We believe that the heart of any city is its downtown, and that without it, the city can not live. We know
that in order to have a successful downtown you need "live, work and play". Downtown El Paso has two of the three.
Our mission is to bring the "live" component back to Downtown El Paso. We will accomplish this by redeveloping existing properties into true mixed
use projects.
Our
first project completed was the adaptive reuse of a vacant, 1925 Henry Trost building in the southeast portion of Downtown, which we affectionately refer to as the SoGov
district. This mixed use project
is know as the First Avenue Lofts!
